Approved final logos, brand assets, website designs, and other agreed project outputs are prepared for your organization’s continued use after the project’s commercial obligations are complete.
Third-party fonts, photography, illustrations, plugins, and software are identified separately, helping your team understand license requirements before reuse, transfer, or publication.

Akhila is the co-founder and lead strategist at What if Design. She helps climate tech companies turn complex science into brands and websites that close funding and partnerships. She has worked with teams backed by the US Department of Energy, ARPA-E, leading climate VCs across carbon capture, grid interconnection, and green hydrogen, contributing to over $105M raised. Tejas is the co-founder and product UX lead at What if Design. He leads product and UX for software companies, designing for adoption, retention, and the metrics that drive growth. Your rights to use approved final deliverables should be defined in the project agreement and completed once the project’s commercial obligations are met. Final deliverables may include items such as approved logo exports, brand assets, final website designs, or agreed product screens. The precise list of included outputs is confirmed in the scope of work, preventing ambiguity about what is being transferred.
