Unified digital presence for a multi-business technology group
Redesigning Centelon group’s website
How we created a central hub that connects a portfolio of businesses across four countries while establishing the parent brand as the foundation for continued growth.
TIMELINE
8 Weeks
Challenge
Multiple businesses under one group with no central website. Each company had its own identity, but nothing tied them together or showcased the bigger picture.
Impact
- Central hub established for portfolio of businesses across US, Australia, Singapore, and India
- Branding consistency created across disparate companies
- Foundation built for continued acquisitions and growth
- Organic discovery improved for the group and all portfolio companies

The Opportunity
Centelon is a technology group operating across four countries through incubation, investment, and acquisition. The portfolio had grown to include six businesses and five products. But the group itself had no digital home.
Each subsidiary had its own website, but nothing connected them back to the parent brand or showcased the full scale of what Centelon had built.
With continued acquisitions planned, they needed a group website that could:
- Establish Centelon as the parent brand connecting all portfolio companies
- Speak to audiences coming from different geographies and business contexts
- Support talent attraction by highlighting growth paths within the group
- Create a foundation for showcasing future acquisitions and investments
Without it, each business would keep operating as an island, and the group's full scale would stay invisible.

The Impact
The new website became Centelon's central hub for communicating their full portfolio and growth trajectory.
- Portfolio visibility unified:All businesses and products now connect back to the parent brand. People discovering any part of Centelon can see the full picture.
- Branding consistency established:Multiple brand identities now sit under one cohesive roof. The group identity strengthens rather than competes with individual businesses.
- Foundation for growth built:The website architecture scales as the portfolio grows. New acquisitions and products slot into the existing structure.
- Discovery paths created:Companies seeking investment, acquisition, or incubation partnerships can now find and approach Centelon directly.
"Something I can vouch for, having been a client of Whatif across more than 1 company. Akhila, Tejas, and team make it seamless to work with them. And we had fun along the way too - added bonus!"

How we delivered
We built a group-level website that connects their portfolio while letting each business maintain its own identity.
- Strategic foundation:We ran a 90-minute workshop with their CMO, CEO, strategy lead, and messaging consultant. This became the creative brief that guided all subsequent decisions.
- Multi-audience messaging:We crafted messaging that speaks to audiences from different business contexts. Whether someone is exploring investment, acquisition, incubation, or career opportunities, they understand what Centelon offers.
- Portfolio architecture:We designed a hub structure that showcases all businesses and products while linking to individual sites for deeper detail. The parent brand connects everything without competing with subsidiaries.
- Team and growth narrative:We designed the team section to highlight career paths within the Centelon ecosystem, supporting talent attraction for a group with opportunities across multiple businesses.
