Shine helps apartment owners increase Net Operating Income by putting unused rooftop space to work. The team of clean energy pros, master electricians, and tech entrepreneurs at Shine, having been apartment owners themselves, are on a mission to help other apartment owners monetize onsite solar. They created shine as a solution that works in all fifty states, projects had major hardware risks, and the focus was on reducing common area load only. Shine is built to work for everyone, everywhere - to help apartment owners eliminate Scope 2 and 3 emissions and committed to decarbonizing the multifamily industry.

Shine needed a new website that would resonate with their potential buyers and increase sales, while showcasing their credibility of the extremely experienced team. We partnered with Shine's senior leadership to craft compelling messaging and visuals to curate a website that included an ROI calculator and showcased their portfolio of case studies that would enable them to achieve their sales and partnerships goals.
